Where is Characteristic Setting for display Results Row (query designer) in InfoObject?

In Query Designer, in the Properties of a characteristic under Display, the option to suppress the results row is available, as well as a check box to "Use Characteristic Setting". Where in the InfoObject is the basic setting for the characteristic made? It's not on the Business Explorer tab of the InfoObject.
