Icons are not displayed in the portal..

Hi Experts,

I am working on a BW report, the selection criteria doesn't showing the icons rather showing the description of icons(Refer below Screenshot). The icons are displaying fine in Production but problem persists in DEV and QAS.

In DEV n QAS, its showing as Selection instead of f4 help Icons as shown below.

In Production, its working fine as shown below

Report in DEV n QAS looks as shown below:

Anyone experienced this before?? Your inputs are highly appreciated.
