APD Inserting Partial Data in Data Target

Hi Experts,

I have created an APD which having source as BI Query and target is File.

I am getting an unexpected behavior while executing the APD, It only Inserting partial columns to Target(Say I have 29 Columns but data upto column 26 is being inserted in File).

Although i have checked at APD level data is coming fine as expected but it causing the problem while writing the data to target.

Can you please suggest if i will need to do some setting at APD ?.
