Missing Secondary index in cube - Records increasing

Hi Experts,

We had "missing indexes error" in DB02 for sales /shipments infocube in APO , which loads data from BW.

Indexes :   /BIC/F *

After that , number of records loaded in cube,  started increasing with each new load.

We have corrected missing secondary indexes, still number of records are not decreased. They are still increasing.

Have you faced this issue ? Please suggest how to check whats wrong with the cube.
