Can any one help me on loading flat file given below to Infoobject.

when i am loading this specific flat file i am getting duplicate data records
As of my guess it is showing duplicates since i am loading to Z_infoobject of profit center. since profit center is repeating and it is not acting as primary key.
Here i created Z_infoobject and loaded master data of the given format to that Infoobject.
Please suggest whether am i following the correct method or do we need to create Transaction datasource.
Pls suggest the steps to create infoobject and load above excel file without getting duplicate records issue.
