How to load master data for 0region of 2lis_13_vdhdr/2lis_13_vditm datasource

Hi all,

please guide me how to load master data for 0REGION of 2LIS_13_VDHDR/ 2LIS_13_VDITM.

CUSTOMER NO.40071 is having two region 07 and region 08 ,but on final report of my multiprovider i am able to get only 08 region data like region text and debit amount .

I have to show split value of credit and debit amount for customer no.40071,so experts suggested me to load master data for 0REGION,please some one help me,and clear my doubt please.
