Data is not getting loaded at upper DSO

Hi All,

we have flaw in BW system comprised with 3 DSO. Structure is like:

Data is going from 1 DSO to upper DSO via end routine. Now in end routine,one lookup DSO is there.

Now issue is that Generally (90 % of time) data is getting populated from both DSO(Lower & Lookup) to upper DSO correctly but lately some discrepancies are coming between Upper DSO and Look up DSO. I mean in Look up DSO data is correct but it is not updating to upper DSO properly. But again when I'm doing full load for those discrepancies from lower to upper DSO through look up DSO (I mean normal DTP but with full load ), this time data will be getting loaded correctly.

So my query is what could be reason behind Flaw's this abnormal behavior? please let me know if you need further clarification.
