extract customer hierarchy SAP to BW

Hi all,

We have setup a customer hierarchy in SAP transaction VDH1N.

We need this customer hierarchy to be extracted to the Info Object 0CUSTOMER_LKLS_HIER. However, I do not see any possibility to connect this hierarchy with this Info Object??? For example: if I check RSA3 on DataSource 0CUSTOMER_LKLS_HIER it will show 0 records...

Apparently somewhere we have to assign this hierarchy to customer class 011. Where can I do this? In other words: where can I connect/maintain the customer hierarchy in order to get it extracted to BW?
